All sales of Items discounted 30% or more are final.  No exchange or refunds.

Intrigue Home Furnishings tries to ship at the lowest price possible, therefore we would like to work with our clients directly to find the best shipping rates possible.  We only will charge the actual cost of shipping plus shipping materials.  We will also allow our clients to pick their items up from our showroom.  Most orders will be ready to go in one to two business days. 

Claims damages and shortages

please check orders immediately upon receipt. if a problem exists, please contact us right away and provide us with the shipment information. shortages and damages must be claimed within 5 days of receiving a shipment. please note the following directions:

freight line - count your boxes carefully on receipt and mark on freight bill any shortages or damage. immediately open any boxes that show damage, dents, or holes. examine any box that looks like the contents could have received damage and mark such on the freight bill. contact us and we will resolve all issues with the freight company.

fedex - count your boxes carefully and only sign for the number of boxes that you receive. check the packing list and make sure you received the right number of boxes. occasionally, a box from a shipment may arrive a day after the other boxes. if there is damage to a box, note this  with the fedex representative. contact us immediately and we will begin the claims process with fedex.

Returns

you must receive written approval from us prior to returning any item. there will be a 20% restocking fee unless a mistake has been made on our part. merchandise not returned in original packaging, not in original condition, or with price tags attached may not receive credit.
