Claims damages and shortages
please check orders immediately upon
receipt. if a problem exists, please contact us right
away and provide us with the shipment information.
shortages and damages must be claimed within 5 days of
receiving a shipment. please note the following
directions:
freight line - count your boxes carefully
on receipt and mark on freight bill any shortages or
damage. immediately open any boxes that show damage,
dents, or holes. examine any box that looks like the
contents could have received damage and mark such on the
freight bill. contact us and we will resolve all issues
with the freight company.
fedex - count your boxes carefully and
only sign for the number of boxes that you receive.
check the packing list and make sure you received the
right number of boxes. occasionally, a box from a
shipment may arrive a day after the other boxes. if
there is damage to a box, note this with the fedex
representative. contact us immediately and we will begin
the claims process with fedex.
